Gender Equality Plan

At its session held on October 28, 2021, the Council of the Faculty of Agriculture adopted the Gender Equality Plan for the period 2021-2025. This act represents a framework, a strategic document of the Faculty of Agriculture whose goal is to provide conditions and tools for the full affirmation of the principle of gender equality and the prohibition of all forms of discrimination, as well as the creation of an institutional culture of gender equality and nurturing diversity, the integration of a gender perspective into study programs, and the transfer of knowledge about gender equality into society. As a result, the quality of life and work at the Faculty is improved.

The priority areas defined by the Plan are the result of an analysis of the state of gender equality at the Faculty based on the processing of statistical data.
