Enrollment and index collection
The final step in the enrollment process is submitting the necessary documentation and collecting the index (student booklet). Candidates who have acquired the right to enroll in undergraduate and integrated academic studies shall submit:
- original documents: certificates of all four grades of completed high school and the diploma of the passed final or matura exam;
- enrollment kit containing two ŠV-20 forms;
- two photographs, format 4.5 x 3.5 cm;
- proof of payment for enrollment costs and student collective insurance premium in the amount of 6,350.00 dinars to the Faculty’s giro account (Account number 840-32810845-89, Model number 97, Reference number 2326102400101);
- proof of tuition fee payment for self-financing students (the reference number will be provided by the student services officer).
The enrollment of admitted candidates is carried out according to the schedule:
- During the first two days of the enrollment period, candidates who have acquired the right to enroll from budget funds shall enroll. Candidates who fail to enroll within the period specified for budget-funded enrollment shall be considered to have given up and cannot enroll at the expense of the budget later.
- Following the enrollment by roll call, candidates who have acquired the right to enroll from budget funds by shifting the ranking list shall be enrolled, in the event that candidates from the preceding paragraph of this article failed to attend the enrollment within the stipulated deadline. Candidates who fail to appear at the roll call shall be considered to have given up, but may enroll as self-financing students.
- On the next day of the enrollment period, candidates who have acquired the right to enroll as self-financing students shall be enrolled.
- In the event that enrollment quotas remain unfilled, a roll call of the remaining candidates on the ranking list shall be conducted for enrollment to fill the vacant places, and their enrollment shall be carried out on the same day. Candidates who fail to appear at the roll call shall be considered to have given up.
If vacant places remain in any study program, that same study program may also be enrolled by candidates who have passed the appropriate entrance exam at another faculty and University (with a minimum of 14 points achieved). Documentation is submitted at the faculty’s registry office.
