Student Organizations – Register
For the purpose of monitoring the work of student associations that have the status of student organizations and keeping statistics on their work, the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad maintains the Register of Student Organizations in accordance with the Law on Student Organization (“Official Gazette of RS”, number 76/21).
The status of a student organization is acquired by the adoption of a Decision on Acquiring the Status of a Student Organization and by registration in the Register of Student Organizations maintained by the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad, based on the positive opinion of the Commission for Registration of Student Organizations, all within 30 days from the day of receiving a proper request.
By acquiring the status of a student organization, the association acquires all rights and obligations prescribed by the Law and the general acts of the University of Novi Sad and the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad. The request for registration in the register and acquisition of the status of a student organization is submitted on Form 1, which constitutes an integral part of the Rulebook on Closer Conditions and Manner of Registration in the Register of Student Organizations dated February 28, 2022, along with the necessary evidence. The request can be submitted by hand delivery at the registry office of the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad.
Accordingly, all associations that meet the legal conditions are notified of their obligation to register as student organizations at the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad, in accordance with the Law.
