Working Hours of the Service for Technical Affairs, Maintenance and Protection
The working hours of the service are on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00.
About the Service for Technical Affairs, Maintenance and Protection
The Service for Technical Affairs, Maintenance and Protection is in charge of taking care of the functionality of all technical systems, their maintenance, occupational safety and health. The tasks performed by the service are:
- routine maintenance of the faculty building’s civil structures;
- routine maintenance of internal electrical installations, plumbing installations, hot-water heating and ventilation systems;
- maintenance of interior hygiene;
- technical definition of necessary capital maintenance works;
- preparation of project and technical documentation necessary for public procurement procedures;
- organization and supervision of construction works;
- student bus transportation;
- technical and physical protection of faculty property;
- ensuring the application of fire protection measures and the implementation of occupational safety and health regulations.
