IT Service Working Hours
The working hours of the IT Service are on weekdays from 7 AM to 3 PM.
About the IT Service
The Information Technology Service – IT Service, provides support to all faculty employees and students in:
- maintaining the complete IT infrastructure of the faculty;
- maintaining users’ personal computers;
- maintaining computers in the faculty’s lecture halls and classrooms;
- maintaining the internal internet network at the faculty;
- taking care of devices for data storage, processing, and transfer;
- taking care of data security;
- managing the established IT system of the faculty;
- planning, designing, and implementing new solutions in the domain of information technologies with the aim of improved and secure operation of the institution.
The IT Service represents one of the key services for the daily functioning of the faculty.
