Phytomedicine

The study program of graduate master academic studies in Phytomedicine is designed based on contemporary domestic and foreign scientific achievements and experiences in the field of plant protection from harmful organisms (disease causative agents, pests, and weeds) through an integrated approach, ensuring safe food, human, animal, and environmental health as a whole.

The goal of the study program is to educate and train students for professional and scientific work in the field of plant, human, animal, and overall environmental health protection, applying the modern, comprehensive “One Health” concept and ensuring sustainable development. Students acquire broad knowledge and understanding of the scientific basis of phytomedicine, communal hygiene, and relevant aspects of environmental protection, as well as the capability to develop and apply scientific achievements in practice and scientific research.
