Workdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, working with students from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
About the Student Service
The Student Service provides administrative and professional support to students throughout their entire studies. Its main duties include:
- announcing calls for applications and enrolling students in undergraduate, master, and doctoral studies
- maintaining student records and documentation
- issuing certificates, transcripts, and other official documents
- monitoring the progress of studies and processing exam results
- informing students about study obligations, deadlines, and regulations
- providing support regarding student rights and obligations (student status, tuition fees, temporary suspension of studies, etc.)
The Student Service represents a key link between students, teaching staff, and the Faculty management, with the aim of efficiently and transparently exercising student rights and obligations.
